Residents in one Jackson neighborhood disapprove of signs popping up soliciting medical marijuana evaluations.Green Health Docs is the label on the sign, but the company said it does not know who is putting the signs out.The signs were seen in the Woodhaven neighborhood including on Beasley Road near Callaway High School.Some neighbors have been pulling up the signs.Woodhaven Owners Association President Phyllis Parker said whoever is putting the signs out does not have permission.”We think about respect, integrity, and we are trying to promote a society of well-groomed scholars. We’re not trying to promote marijuana of any sort,” Parker said.Parker said Ward 2 Jackson City Councilwoman Angelique Lee has also picked up signs around the neighborhood.
