Curaleaf to pay out another $100,000 over 2021 Select brand CBD With “Jumbo Dose of THC”

Oregon Live reports Marijuana giant Curaleaf has agreed to pay $100,000 to settle a class-action lawsuit over a 2021 manufacturing blunder in which the company sold CBD wellness drops in Oregon that contained THC, the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana. Several people reported alarming symptoms after taking the drops, sold under Curaleaf’s Select brand.
