VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) – An area woman who reportedly had heroin, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia in her possession in Polk Borough is facing a hearing on Wednesday afternoon.
According to court documents, a preliminary hearing for 32-year-old Abbi Rose Cochran, of Hilliards, Butler County, is set for Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. in front of Magisterial District Judge Patrick E. Lowrey.
Cochran faces the following charges:
– Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
– Intentional Possession of a Controlled Substance by a Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor
– Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
– False Identification to Law Enforcement Officer, Misdemeanor 3
Cochran is currently lodged in the Venango County Jail on $25,000.00 monetary bail.
In reference to the same case, Polk Borough Police also arrested 36-year-old Joshua Lee Pisor, of Hillards, on October 24 on the following charges:
– Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
– Intentional Possession of a Controlled Substance by a Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor
– Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
– Drive While Operating Privileges are Suspended or Revoked, Summary
He is currently free on $25,000.00 unsecured bail.
