Research Analyst

The Research Analyst, under the direction of the Director of Research, will provide quantitative data analysis and be responsible for managing, manipulating, analyzing, and modeling data for research reports and internal purposes. The Research Analyst will help ensure the Commissions research agenda is completed in a thorough and timely fashion.

Associate Enforcement Counsel
Deadline to apply: Friday, July 2, 2021 by 5 p.m.

The Associate Enforcement Counsel, under the direction of the Enforcement Counsel, is responsible for assisting the Investigations and Enforcement Department staff regarding legal matters with licensing, inspections, investigations, and suitability issues. This position will assist the enforcement units in implementing consistent regulatory compliance measures for the Commonwealth’s marijuana industry. In addition, the Associate Enforcement Counsel will assist in developing policies and proposing revisions to comply with legislative and regulatory changes with a focus on compliance and enforcement matters.

Constituent Services Associate
Deadline to apply: Wednesday, July 14, 2021 by 5 p.m.

The Constituent Services Associate serves as a key voice of the Commission, having frequent and essential contact (especially over the phone, but also via email and in person) with members of the Commission’s constituency and the inquiring general public. Reporting to the Director of Constituent Services, this role advances the Commission’s reputation and brand, ensures consistent and accurate information sharing and messaging, and leaves a positive impression on the constituent.
