Cannabis ranks top drug for concerts, music festivals ahead of 4/20
For the third consecutive year, marijuana ranked as the most used drug at concerts and music festivals, according to the website’s 2024 Drug Safety at Music Festival study. Of 900 participants planning to engage in drug use at a music festival this year, 65.3% planned to use marijuana.
This is due, in part, to widespread cannabis legislation across the U.S. According to Real Estate Witch, 37 states have already legalized weed for medicinal use, with 24 states and the District of Columbia allowing for recreational use as well.
