In 2020, Oregon became the first state to legalize the therapeutic use of psilocybin. Senate Bill 303 would require providers to report data to the Oregon Health Authority identifying things like how many clients they serve, their race, sex, and where they come from.
The bill would only require demographic information, and nothing that would identify a client. It would also give clients the opportunity to opt out.
