On December 15, 2021, NJ issued began accepting applications for Cultivation, Processing, and Laboratory Testing. On March 15, the window will open for Retail. Meanwhile, the NJ Cannabis Regulatory Commission is working on regulations for Delivery, Distribution, and Social Use, with applications for those licenses expected soon.
