CCB Issues Summary Suspension of Production License
LAS VEGAS, NV – Pursuant to Nevada Cannabis Compliance Regulations (NCCR) 4.105, today the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) called an emergency telephonic board meeting to consider the summary suspension of the medical and adult-use production licenses held by Kindibles, LLC.
Board members present voted unanimously to summarily suspend Kindibles, LLC (license # 45124567643462616034 and license # 19429852834178744891) effective immediately, citing a present threat to public health and safety.
On 10/20/21, Board Agents visited the production facility of Kindibles, LLC, located in Clark County. After further investigation of production logs, Board Agents found thousands of additional products were added to a production run after testing, among other significant deficiencies. Per the NCCR, each addition of product should be considered a new production run, which requires a separate lab test. Additionally, Board Agents cited inaccurate inventory counts upon finding cannabis products physically present in the vault were not logged in the state’s seed-to-sale tracking system, Metrc.
This resulted in Public Health and Safety Bulletin 2021-2 issued by the CCB on November 5, 2021.

The Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) is hereby issuing Public Health and Safety Bulletin 2021-02 on November 5, 2021 advising consumers and patients to avoid or take caution when consuming the cannabis product which is the subject of this notice.
The CCB is unable to verify that the production facility Kindibles, LLC created and tested the following edible products in accordance with the regulations.

The CCB is advising consumers who have purchased the affected cannabis product to avoid or take caution when consuming the product.
There is no reason to believe that the dispensaries listed below had any knowledge that the creation and testing of these edible products was unverifiable. It is believed the affected cannabis products were sold between June 1, 2021, and November 3, 2021 by the following Cannabis Sales Facilities:

All cannabis and cannabis products properly sold by a licensed sales facility or dispensary should have a product label on the packaging. The production run number can be found on the label, typically near the top, directly below the facility information.
The involved sales facilities are requested to display this bulletin in a conspicuous location on their premises for 30 days, to ensure their customers are aware of this information.
There are no known reports of illness. An investigation into these products is ongoing and may result in additional public health and safety bulletins.
Kindibles, LLC is required to submit a plan of correction to the CCB for approval within 10 business days in order to lift the order and shall not resume operations until the CCB has confirmed deficiencies identified in the order have been corrected.
This is the third summary suspension issued by the CCB in 2021.
