Project Coordinator, Investigations and Enforcement

Request for Qualifications (RFQ): Multimedia Profiles of Social Equity Program Participants and Supporters

NOTE: This opportunity is exclusively available to bids from certified vendors under the Commonwealth’s PRF70: Advertising, Marketing & Event Planning Services statewide contract. Click here for more information. The Commission seeks a vendor to plan, record, and produce multimedia content that will highlight 1) Social Equity Program (SEP) participants operating in the legal cannabis industry in various capacities, 2) other stakeholders who have contributed towards equitable practices in the Massachusetts cannabis industry outside the SEP, and 3) Commission thought leadership on developing a more equitable industry.

The Commission seeks to contract with a Vendor or Vendors that would provide support services including, but not limited to: event planning and implementation; multimedia and other content development; support to and organization of virtual and in-person conferences, job fairs, clinics, organizing, and hosting focus groups; specialized outreach to non-English-speaking communities and various affinity groups; financial administration of local advertisement payments; and other outreach activities.
