Long-Beach City College has an 8 week online Cannabis Industry course that introduces students to all aspects of the industry including HR, manufacturing, cultivation, War on Drugs, testing, and regulation.
Students can sign up for a single week as a workshop. The instructors are Cannabis industry professionals. It appears comprehensive. The courses are run in partnership with the Long Beach Collective Association.
The fact that the College is partnering with a nonprofit group is absolutely the right direction. For career based courses the input from industry is critical to preparing students.
