- La Mesa: The City Council proposed a draft ordinance to allow recreational cannabis businesses to operate in the city’s jurisdiction. (View draft in the FULL Update)
- Corning: The Corning City Council is reaching a final reading of their cannabis ordinance, which covers adult-use cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, processing, lab testing, labeling, storing, and more.
- Oxnard: Oxnard opened a 60-day competitive commercial cannabis application window on August 12. (Application available in FULL Update)
- Bureau of Cannabis Control: The California State Bureau of Cannabis Control released two fact sheets regarding cannabis distribution in the state. Download them in the FULL update.
