Salary: $48,600.81 – $59,487.12

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager, Inspections, the position is responsible for creating, amending, and maintaining records for liquor licences, cannabis licences, liquor agency registrations, and cannabis representatives on the Liquor Licensing System. The incumbent is expected to provide superb customer service by providing information, direction, and assistance to applicants, industry stakeholders and the public.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a comfort level working independently or within a team environment is essential. Proven ability to ensure a high level of accuracy when meeting deadlines, well-developed organizational skills, and ability multitask and prioritize work is required.

 


SKILLS & ABILITIES

 

  • Completion of high school with a minimum of two (2) years of related administrative experience.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Experience in a regulatory or licensing environment is considered an asset.
