The Department of Cannabis Control (Department) provided notice on June 17, 2022, of its intent to adopt regulations establishing a standard cannabinoids test method, including standardized operating procedures, that shall be utilized by all licensed testing laboratories in California. After mailing copies of the notice and proposed text, the Department discovered a typographical error concerning the day of the week of the scheduled public hearing. The day of the week is listed incorrectly as Tuesday, August 1, 2022; the correct date for the hearing is Monday, August 1, 2022, 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
