In October 2021, the Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use released Emergency Rule 64ER21-16 titled, Application for Pigford/BFL MMTC Licensure. The release of this Rule has been over 4 years in the making and paves the way for class members of Pigford v. Glickman, and In re Black Farmers Litigation, to apply for a coveted Medical Marijuana Treatment Center License, which some regard as one of the country’s most sought-after cannabis license. Join us as we take a deep dive into: the application process, potential parameters, the selection process, how to navigate challenges, and what comes next. See you then!
