Cannabis Certification Council is a supporter of the Cannabis Water Working Group, a collaborative effort facilitated by the non-profit organization Resource Innovation Institute (RII) to advance water efficiency. The objective of the Water Working Group is to establish a scientific understanding of how, and how much, water is used for cannabis cultivation so that cultivators have confidence in taking steps to be more efficient, and so that industry leaders, governments and media can be accurately informed about the range of water practices of today’s regulated market.
Aggregate findings will be featured in The Cannabis Water Report, which will be published by New Frontier Data, in partnership with RII and Berkeley Cannabis Research Center, in Dec. 2020 and released at MJBizCon.
We would like to survey your farm/facility using RII’s Cannabis PowerScorebenchmarking platform to learn about the diverse ways you source, treat, store, use and recirculate water in your facility. Please note:
