The Cannabis Control Commission (Commission), acting through its Executive Director, is issuing a Bulletin and Final Administrative Orders in response to the end of Governor Charles D. Baker’s Declaration of a State of Emergency. Notwithstanding the recission of the Governor’s Emergency Order on June 15, 2021, the Commission is extending the use of the following for a limited period of time:
- Curbside Operations
- Virtual Community Outreach Meetings
- Telehealth (telephone and live video) to facilitate patient access to medical services
The Bulletin and Final Administrative Orders shall remain in effect until September 1, 2021 or the date the Commission rescinds or amends them, whichever occurs first.
