These temporary rules require all retailers to certify tax compliance via the Oregon Department of Revenue (DOR) in order to renew or transfer ownership of a marijuana retailer license. Sales fell (again) along with licensee numbers (for the first time) According to OLCC data , retail sales between January 1, 2023 and November 30, 2023 clocked in at $874 million. By my math, the state is on pace for roughly $953 million this year.

New Rules: Oregon Cannabis Retailers Must Certify Tax Compliance
