On May 16, 2022, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy issued 70 provisional dispensary licenses as part of the RFA II process.

The Board utilized a drawing process to issue provisional dispensary licenses for RFA II. The drawings were conducted by the Ohio Lottery Commission. The Board then reviewed those applications for compliance with Chapter 3796. of the Revised Code and Medical Marijuana Control Program regulations.
