Today, the Marijuana Enforcement Division posted the final proposed rules on our website specific to the implementation of legislation from the 2021 Legislative Session. These rules will be discussed at next week’s rulemaking hearing on Monday, November 1, 2021. Here is the link to the final proposed rules and the notice of rulemaking hearing:
As a reminder, the Division will present final proposed rules for the State Licensing Authority’s consideration at this hearing, and those attending will have the chance to provide public comment. This hearing will take place virtually via Zoom and is open to the public. Zoom information can be found on the Division’s 2021 rulemaking webpage. Additional materials required to implement 2021 legislation will also be accessible on the 2021 rulemaking webpage, including the proposed educational resource pursuant to HB21-1317.
Please note, the Division hosted several work group meetings over the past months to deliberate on proposed rules, which were open to the public and provided opportunities for public comment.
