Alert: Monitoring Health Concerns Related to Marijuana in Colorado: 2020

The state’s Retail Marijuana Public Health Advisory Committee has posted its fourth report of findings from the committee’s review of the most current scientific literature on the health effects of marijuana use.

The recently released “Monitoring Health Concerns Related to Marijuana in Colorado: 2020 Report Summary”  provides state data about marijuana use in Colorado, hospital and emergency department rates, and calls made to Rocky Mountain Poison and Drug Safety  related to marijuana. State statute (25-1.5-110 C.R.S.) requires the committee to monitor the emerging science, medical information and data about marijuana use and report its findings.
