Ian Ferrell is the founding attorney at Ferrell Law, LLC and has experience with a wide range of clients and practice areas. With a broad range of legal experience, Mr. Ferrell has assisted with water right dispute and determination, quiet title dispute resolution, municipality law, oil and gas litigation, eminent domain and condemnation litigation, and real estate transactions. In addition to founding his firm, Mr. Ferrell has also served on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Headwaters Land Trust.

A Denver-native, Ian received his Bachelor of Arts with honors in Sociology and History from Dartmouth College in 2010, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law in 2014. Following law school, Mr. Ferrell worked for Cazier & McGowan in Granby, Colorado, focusing on water right dispute and determination in the Upper Colorado River drainage basin. A member of the Colorado Bar Association, Mr. Ferrell works with the Agricultural & Rural Law, Natural Resources & Energy Law, Real Estate Law, and Water Law divisions.
Mr. Aschner has represented countless individuals and businesses in the cannabis space, helping clients navigate the ever-shifting cannabis regulatory landscape across the US. Prior to joining the Firm, Nadav Aschner worked as an associate attorney with McAllister Garfield. P.C., negotiating and drafting complex legal transactions for cannabis businesses. Mr. Aschner’s experience includes, but is not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and financing, leases and associated real estate transactions, and intellectual property agreements. He regularly assists clients with regulatory compliance and enforcement actions, entity formation and restructuring, licensing matters, criminal defense, and other legal matters involving cannabis businesses and their owners. Mr. Aschner has also assisted non-residents obtain equity in Colorado cannabis businesses and file for pre-suitability and permitted economic interests, including one of the first non-resident cannabis business owners in 2017. Mr. Aschner obtained his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in and received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
