Regennabis, a leading provider of ESG advisory to the cannabis industry, today announced that financial veteran Kellie Seringer has joined the company as a partner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
In addition to leading finance, Seringer will serve as a financial and strategic business advisor to the broader leadership team. “We are thrilled to welcome Kellie to Regennabis, where she will make an immediate impact on our business operations,” said Patrick McCartan, CEO, Regennabis.

Seringer brings nearly 30 years of experience to Regennabis, joining the company while she continues her role at Symmetry Capital Management, a financial firm she founded in 2001. She managed all aspects of Symmetry Capital with sole responsibility for critical strategy and operational decisions for the company, as well as overseeing portfolio management and analysis, investor relations, and capital raising.
Symmetry Capital has focused on health care, but will pivot to the Cannabis sector this year with Regennabis Ventures, a multi-capital private equity fund. Prior to founding Symmetry Capital, she had been a co-portfolio manager for the EGM Medical Technology Fund and held equity research analyst positions at Montgomery Securities and Dean Witter Reynolds.
