Oregon: Higher Education Coordinating Commission Reminder “psilocybin facilitator training programs may be required to be licensed by the Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC)”

As a reminder, requirements for training program curriculum are outlined in OAR 333-333-3005 to 333-333-3090, which can be reviewed on the Oregon Secretary of State webpage. Under state law, career schools must be licensed by the HECC (see ORS 345.010 to 345.450). The application will also be available to download and print.
