The man who’s trying to legalize psychedelic drugs in New York State has been arrested for having them. On June 10, Aaron Genuth was busted after a traffic stop near New Paltz by New York State police and charged with DUI and possession of psilocybin mushrooms, LSD, MDMA and ketamine. His vehicle was impounded.
