Graphic Designer for Youth Cannabis Education Campaign Canadian Students for Sensible Drug Policy Surrey, BC

Strategize (with Program Manager and Facilitator), design and develop creative and engaging graphics focused on sensible youth cannabis education specific to the CSSDP Toolkit. Emphasis on creating graphics that are engaging to youth and adults, easy to read and accessible across abilities. Particular focus on co-creating cannabis education toolkit and workshop tear-away materials. Must be able to work independently, with some mentorship.

This is contract based work for the duration of the project (present to end of July 2022), hourly wage negotiable and based on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
Have at least 2 years of experience in graphic design.
Experience with youth, drug policy or campaign specific graphic design is an asset.
Youth 30 and under.
Demonstrate excellent team communication skills.
Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate project employees (Eastern, Mountain and Pacific time zones).
Demonstrate a particular interest in drug policy reform, grassroots social change movements, and youth organizing.
French/Spanish/Mandarin/Punjabi considered an asset.
