Notice of Withdrawal of Proposed Rules

Acceptable Forms of Identification – Tribal Identification

The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board is withdrawing the CR 102 and
proposed revisions to WAC 314-11-025 – Acceptable Forms of Identification.
The proposed revisions are being withdrawn and the May 1, 2019 public hearing is
canceled in order to consult with interested tribes and consider additional
stakeholder input.

After consultation with tribes and consideration of additional comments, a CR 102
with proposed rules may be refiled which will set a new public hearing date and
comment period.
