Illinois medical cannabis sales total $26.6M

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) today released its October 2023 medical cannabis sales totals of $26,244,555.82, the first uptick since March 2023. For the last four months, totals have hovered around $26 million. Total 2023 retail sales by licensed medical cannabis dispensaries have totaled $271,357,790.69. Illinois dispensaries sold $12,439,305.15 in dry flower and $13,805,250.67 in concentrates/infused products.

Illinois to surpass yearly cannabis sales record

The October sales total of $138,751,456.09 kept Illinois’ monthly sales totals on track in 2023 to eclipse the 2022 yearly totals of $1,552,324,820.37.
