Responses to Common Themes Document and Deliberative Dialogue Session Recordings Now Available + Latest Issue Of Topics & Trends Published

WSLCB has been considering revisions and new rule sections that would add pesticide and heavy metal testing to the current suite of tests required for cannabis products.

A hearing on a supplemental rule proposal (WSR 20-20-040) was held on November 18, 2020. All comments were reviewed, sorted by theme, and responses are offered in a Responses to Common Themes document. Exhibits can be found in Exhibits A and B, and Exhibits C though J.
