For the first time in SB94, that’s when the state recognized delivery or non-storefront dispensaries as a type of business. Essentially, with MRSA and MCRSA, and Adult Use Act, all of them went and said that delivery must be done from a licensed dispensary or retailer. I want to say it’s one dispensary for every 10,000 people.
