WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE CO, (WOLF) — This fall, Wilkes University will launch a bachelor of science degree in cannabis chemistry as well as a certificate program in cannabis studies , and officials learned that the university will get $350,000 in state funds for the launch. We look forward to welcoming students into these programs this fall.
