Today, I will be sharing with you an honest review of the Orenda Botanicals package I ordered filled with CBD products and more!
Lately, I have been feeling a little stressed out, anxious, and at times, overwhelmed. I have heard time and time again how incredible CBD can be for your overall wellbeing, yet I never knew much about CBD until recently.
After conducting extensive research on the healing benefits of CBD, I discovered how this extract can boost our Endocannabinoid system. Rest – A CBD topical roll-on for stress and anxiety
The past year has been, well, unprecedented. For many, the uncertainty has caused a rise in stress levels and perhaps even anxiety in new forms. It is normal to have these feelings, but you certainly do not want to stay in this state. That’s where the wonders of aromatherapy and CBD come in! As mentioned above, CBD boost our ECS which controls our bodies ability to balance out our moods. Utilizing “Rest” not only provides soothing aromas, but also helps your body put those states of stress and anxiety to rest! Personally, I love to use this oil at the end of a long day, when I am trying to wind down from my work. Just a few swipes on each temple, and I can notice the tension in my face melt away. This roll-on topical contains Lavender, Camomile, Marjoram, Vetiver, Jojoba Oil, and Hemp CBD Oil. In my opinion, the botanists at Orenda Botanicals have successfully created a calming blend to help induce feelings of rest.

Restore – CBD Infused Luxurious Butter
Living on the East Coast of Canada, I have very dry skin this time of year! My skin requires more than an ordinary lotion can provide. I often reach for a thick butter, making this a highly desirable product. Their luxurious butter is infused with Mango Butter, Tangerine Butter, Shea Butter, Oat Butter, Sweet Orange Oil, and Hemp CBD Oil. I know you can’t smell this… but trust me, it is heavenly! With a sweet yet subtle scent, this tropical body butter blend applies on smooth to the skin. I have been using it mostly on my hands, and I have noticed my skin is finally beginning to “Restore.” With 500mg of CBD, this is a nice mild cream, perfect for every day use.

Revive – CBD pain relief for headaches and congestion
Working from home, I spend a lot of time starring at a computer screen. Overtime, the light from the computer starts to bother my eyes and I find myself experiencing more headaches than before. In the past, I have reached for a roll-on peppermint oil as this essential oil has been known to alleviate headaches. However, I found the peppermint alone was too strong and often burned my temples. When I discovered this product from Orenda Botanicals, I was excited to try it out as it not only contains peppermint, but also has Wintergreen, Eucalyptus, Rosemary in Jojoba Oil, as well as Hemp CBD Oil. I must say, this has been my favourite product of them all! I have been using this roll-on everyday since I got it, sometimes multiple times a day, and I really do feel like it revives me. Best of all, there is no burn!

Repair – CBD Infused Soothing Salve
For those who are not familiar, a salve is similar to a lotion or a butter, but is commonly considered to be more of a medical ointment. True to its name, this soothing salve has been curated to “Repair” your skin. As mentioned above, the harsh Canadian winters do a number to the skin. I recently experienced a mild frost bite on my cheeks, so I reach for the salve to ease the pain. Some other common uses for this product include soothing scrapes and bruises, minor scratches, or sore areas of the body. After months off of the gym, I was finally able to start back up this week when the COVID restrictions let up. This product could not have come at a more perfect time! With 500mg of CBD, I find a little bit goes a long way. I really appreciated the ingredients in this product as they are all natural, organic Beeswax, Arnica Oil, Calendula Oil, Chamomile Oil, Lavender Oil, and Hemp CBD Oil.

Bonus – Hand Sanitizer & Face Mask
When I opened my package from Orenda Botanicals, I was surprised to find two unexpected items inside. It was very considerate of the company to include such useful, and albeit necessary, everyday items. The anti-bacterial mask is reusable and environmentally friendly (fitting to their brand). And, the hand sanitizer has wonderful ingredients that I have never seen in a sanitizer before! With an alcohol percentage of 70, I was expecting a strong smell, but the additional ingredients—Aloe Vera, Witch Hazel, and Essential Oils—mask the alcohol and leave a refreshing Lemongrass scent after use.
