Maine Medical Marijuana Businesses Deemed “Essential” In Light of Pandemic

Maine’s Office of Marijuana Policy (OMP) issued a memorandum today explaining that medical marijuana businesses are deemed “essential” and may continue operating despite the spread of COVID-19.
