UPDATED 3/22/2020 - Business Hour Changes

We would like to thank all of our patients for helping us navigate the recent series of new and abrupt changes. Our team has worked tirelessly over the past week to ensure we not only continue to serve patients but also to protect the community and ourselves by implementing best practices with guidance from the CDC, Maryland Dept. of Health and MMCC.

These new changes have brought to light two issues. First, the logistics of the temporary changes require almost our entire staff to be working at any point in time. In order to combat this and give our team members the proper amount of time off, we will be reducing our hours of operation again.

Our new Temporary hours are as follows:
Temporary Hours:
Monday through Friday from 12pm to 6pm
Saturday from 9am to 1pm

Second, since the implementation of best practices includes conducting the majority of our work outside, the weather has become an issue. We will do everything in our power to serve patients but cannot do so if that means our staff members will be standing in the rain risking illness themselves. You can expect patient wait times during periods of inclement weather to be especially long. If there is a risk of bad weather, we will adjust our operations according which may include:
Suspension of a curbside pickup during periods of inclement weather
Acceptance of telephone and email orders and then a phone call to the patient when the order is ready for pickup
A policy to allow a very limited number of patients into the dispensary that would ensure all social distancing protocols are followed.

As always, we will do our best to keep everyone up to date if/when things change. Please stay tuned to Facebook and look out for text messages from us when things do change. If you do not have a phone number or email on file this is the perfect time to provide one! As always, we thank everyone for their support and cooperation.

3/16/2020 - New Processes and Procedures

Screen Shot 2020-04-08 at 12.11.09 PM.png

The safety and health of our staff and the ability to continue to provide our patients with service during the COVID-19 crisis is our top priority. We have made a few changes to how we operate to be in line with guidance from State, Local and Federal authorities as the situation evolves. Recent guidelines from the CDC, State of Maryland and the MMCC entailed “social-distancing ” and limiting the number of people in one space.

With these following guidelines in mind, PAH is implementing two protocols to best protect our patients, staff and community, beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
Limiting Patients inside the dispensary
We are significantly limiting the number of patients allowed in both the waiting room and on the sales floor at any given time. Until further notice, no more than 10 patients will be allowed inside the dispensary at any given time. This will provide ample room and social distance in line with government protocols. With this new change PLEASE understand patient wait times for those that choose to come inside the dispensary could be severely impacted, but we hope everyone understands the circumstances.
(We Are Currently Not Allowing Anyone Inside Our Location)

Vehicle Checkout
The MMCC has TEMPORARILY instituted regulations that allow us to serve patients from five selected spots in our parking lot. As with all new processes, this will evolve as time passes, but we are happy we can provide our patients with an alternative during these times. The process for vehicle checkout will be as follows:
1) There will be five marked spots in front of the building which will be dedicated to vehicle checkout.
2) When you pull into one of the designated vehicle checkout spaces you will be greeted by a Patient consultant who will check you into the system, briefly describe products that are available and fill your shopping cart.
3) We will collect your payment to be processed and return to your vehicle with any change due, and products purchased.

***TO UTILIZE VEHICLE CHECKOUT YOU MUST REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES***
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
It is important to be flexible during these times and realize we may have to institute other measures to ensure the health and safety of the community. Please keep the following in mind throughout the next few weeks:
• Please take advantage of Weedmaps and Leafly to get a better idea of the current inventory before you come to the dispensary.
• If you do choose to come inside please remember to maintain proper hygiene and distance from other patients and staff members
• We will not be taking extended patient consultations at this time
• Long lines and wait times should be expected
• You will not be able to interact with sample displays or packaging
